What you agree to when you create an account, sign an order form, or otherwise use Norven.
These Terms govern access to and use of the Norven platform and the norven.app website. By creating an account, signing an order form, or using the platform you agree to them. Enterprise customers may have a separately negotiated Master Services Agreement that controls instead.
You are responsible for the credentials issued to your tenant. MFA is required for admin roles. Auditor seats are scoped read-only logins; you are responsible for granting them appropriately.
You will not use Norven to store data unrelated to your compliance program, attempt to access another tenant's data, or probe the platform without prior written authorization. Good-faith security research is welcome — see the Security page.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance per the active plan or order form. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled with the notice period stated in the plan. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Norven targets 99.9% uptime measured on a rolling 30-day basis. Service credits, if any, are described in the order form. Status and incident history are published at status.norven.app.
Each party will keep the other's Confidential Information confidential. You retain all rights in your data; we retain rights in the platform, including improvements derived from anonymized usage telemetry.
The platform is provided "as is" except for the warranties expressly stated in the order form. Liability is capped at fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, except for breaches of confidentiality, IP infringement indemnities, or willful misconduct.
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. On termination you may export your data for 60 days; afterwards we delete it on the schedule in the DPA.
Israeli law governs these Terms. Disputes go exclusively to the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Yafo, except where consumer-protection law gives a different forum.
